NTP Update March 2022
A quick update on the Government’s NTP programme and when you can expect your child’s tuition to start if it hasn’t already. Despite problems with the national programme being reported in the media, we have been able to secure excellent tutors this year and nearly 150 pupils have already had small group tuition in either Maths or English.
For those pupils who requested online tuition at home, we hope to have their tuition starting just before Easter. For those pupils who requested their tuition in school but have not yet had tuition, then their programme is timetabled to start straight after the Easter holidays. Please look out for a letter confirming the time and day over the next few weeks.
Year 9 Options Choices
This is a video from Mr Hosfield explaining how the Year 9 Options Process works and provides pupils and parents help and advice on what choices they should make.

STEPS TO SUCCESS
The PE department are launching a new programme called Steps to Success which we would like Parents to help engage with, to support their child with their wellbeing as well as their own. It is to be launched in lessons this week and It builds on from the Wellbeing day before half term. The whole family can get involved and for those families that are the most engaged, they may be in with a chance of winning a food hamper.
